its name from Norcia, which is rich in other products which have
made it famous all over the world; the black truffle is, in fact, the

of every respectable table.

Pregiato" and the "scorzone" are unquestionably
the owners of the most delicious and well known recipes of this
area, therefore, also at the restaurant of the Hotel Garden you
can find as in the best tradition, toasted bread with truffles,
the pastas, the galantines, the fillets, the delicious Fario
del Sordo trout, the red lobster, the lentils and the spelt of
Castelluccio and to finish the cheeses and salted meat which
have received the mark of quality.
